Depending on the project, a designer or project manager visits your home to take measurements and discuss your needs. That information forms the basis of your TGA 5-Star Estimate.

Proposal approval

Review the proposed scope and ask about the assumptions, allowances and decisions still to resolve. Proposal approval moves the project into the Design Phase & Material Selections.

Design Phase & Material Selections

Review the layout and coordinate the cabinetry, surfaces, fixtures and other selections for your scope. The design and selections come back to you for signoff before work begins.

Client signoff and construction

After your signoff, the project moves toward construction with the required preparation for the agreed scope.

Estimates are free for homeowners. On-market home evaluations cost $400; multifamily and commercial projects are subject to qualification. Contact TGA to confirm the appropriate appointment.

Permit requirements depend on the scope and property address. Confirm the responsible city or county building department and the required permits and inspections as the work is planned. Discuss payment milestones, change approvals and completion requirements in your agreement.
