1. Tell Us What You Want to Change

Start with your ideas, your priorities, and what is no longer working in your home. Depending on the project, a designer or project manager visits to discuss your needs and take measurements.

2. Your TGA 5-Star Estimate

Your free homeowner estimate is built around those measurements and the work your project needs. We put the details into a proposal you can review, with the scope, allowances, and next steps explained so you can make an informed decision.

3. Design & Material Selections

Once you approve the proposal, we move into the Design Phase & Material Selections. Together, we develop the layout and coordinate cabinetry, surfaces, fixtures, and finishes for your project. You review and sign off on the design and selections before work begins.

4. From Your Signoff to Construction

After your signoff and the required project preparation, construction begins. Our construction and project coordination team connects the agreed plan with the work on site, including scheduling, trade coordination, and communication as the remodel progresses toward completion.

Estimates are free for homeowners. On-market home evaluations cost $400; multifamily and commercial projects are subject to qualification. Contact TGA to confirm the appropriate appointment.
