Contemporary Luxury-Styles Kitchen and Living Renovation

This project was conceived to transform the home’s social spaces into a sophisticated and welcoming environment, inspired by the experience of a boutique hotel. The integration of kitchen, dining room, and living room creates an open, bright, and functional atmosphere, where every detail is designed to elevate daily life to a level of contemporary luxury.

Design and Structural Enhancements

The original layout lacked continuity and spaciousness. To redefine the space, an open-concept design was chosen, connecting the kitchen, dining room, and living room into a single fluid environment. High-end materials such as black marble with white veining, natural wood, and light porcelain tile were incorporated, achieving a balance between sophistication and warmth.

The new distribution allows natural light to flow from the large windows into all areas, while layered artificial lighting adds drama and comfort.

Kitchen

The kitchen becomes the heart of the project, with a central black marble island that functions both as a workspace and a social hub. Dark wood cabinetry adds elegance, while integrated stainless steel appliances reinforce the modern aesthetic.

Suspended lighting above the island, recessed ceiling lights, and backlit backsplash create a warm and sophisticated atmosphere. Decorative details—such as vases, plants, and minimalist accessories—add freshness and personality.

Dining Room

The dining room integrates naturally with the kitchen and living room, featuring a wooden table with contemporary chairs. Above the table, geometric pendant lights provide character and a striking visual focal point.

The space is complemented by walls in neutral tones and artistic details, creating an elegant and inviting environment for family gatherings or social occasions.

Living Room

The living room is organized around a fireplace clad in black marble with white veining, which becomes the central feature. Light-toned sofas, wooden side tables, and textured rugs add comfort and visual balance.

Built-in shelving with warm lighting displays books and decorative objects, reinforcing the sense of a sophisticated home. Large windows connect the interior with the exterior, allowing nature to become part of the design.

Lighting and Finishes

Lighting is distributed in layers: pendant lamps, recessed lights, and backlighting in walls and furniture create an enveloping and versatile atmosphere. Finishes in marble, wood, and light porcelain tile were carefully selected to achieve a cohesive, modern, and timeless environment.

The kitchen, dining room, and living room have been transformed into a contemporary luxury social space—open, bright, and inviting. The combination of high-end materials, modern design, and thoughtful functionality offers an experience comparable to that of an exclusive resort.
