What Qualifies
The credit applies to one TGA construction agreement covering a kitchen or complete bathroom remodel plus substantial remodeling of at least one additional room. It reduces the total construction contract price by $1,500. Standalone consultations, design-only contracts, repairs and work already under contract do not qualify.
Plan the Work Before You Choose the Finishes
Start by identifying which rooms need to change together and which decisions affect the entire home, such as circulation, flooring and finish continuity. Planning deliverables, design fees and any phased work must be specified in your proposal. This offer is not a promise of free architectural drawings or a refund of separately contracted design services.
How to Receive Your Credit
Request a free estimate and mention this offer. We review your home, goals and the proposed scope. If the project qualifies, the credit is included in the written agreement before you sign.
Approve your qualifying construction agreement during the current monthly offer period. The offer renews automatically each month while active. Your construction schedule is agreed separately and does not have to finish within the signing month.
Is the $1,500 paid to me or refunded from a design fee?
Neither. It is a fixed $1,500 reduction in a qualifying whole-home construction agreement. Any separately contracted design work keeps its own terms. The whole-home credit replaces other TGA promotional credits on that project.
Offer Terms
This recurring monthly offer is available for new TGA construction agreements for homes within TGA’s service area. Each offer period ends on the last day of the current calendar month and renews automatically for the following month while the offer remains active. Mention the offer before approving your estimate. One promotional credit per project; credits cannot be combined with other TGA discounts or applied to previously signed agreements, prior purchases, standalone repairs or supply-only orders. No cash redemption. The qualifying scope and credit must appear in your written agreement. The credit reduces the contract price; it does not make the project free. Work may be scheduled after the month in which you sign.
