What Qualifies
Eligible work is a kitchen cabinetry replacement or a kitchen countertop replacement supplied and installed by TGA. Material-only purchases, hardware-only changes, repairs and single-item touch-ups are excluded. One $750 credit applies whether your qualifying upgrade includes cabinetry, countertops or both; it cannot be added to the complete-kitchen credit.
Plan the Work Before You Choose the Finishes
Measurements, material selection and installation details determine the project price. Your proposal should identify removal, fabrication, edge details, sink cutouts and any plumbing work that is included. The credit does not imply that every slab, cabinet line or additional trade service costs the same.
How to Receive Your Credit
Request a free estimate and mention this offer. We review your home, goals and the proposed scope. If the project qualifies, the credit is included in the written agreement before you sign.
Approve your qualifying construction agreement during the current monthly offer period. The offer renews automatically each month while active. Your construction schedule is agreed separately and does not have to finish within the signing month.
Do I have to replace both cabinets and countertops?
No. A qualifying kitchen cabinetry replacement or kitchen countertop replacement supplied and installed by TGA is eligible. The credit is $750 per project, not $750 for each category.
Offer Terms
This recurring monthly offer is available for new TGA construction agreements for homes within TGA’s service area. Each offer period ends on the last day of the current calendar month and renews automatically for the following month while the offer remains active. Mention the offer before approving your estimate. One promotional credit per project; credits cannot be combined with other TGA discounts or applied to previously signed agreements, prior purchases, standalone repairs or supply-only orders. No cash redemption. The qualifying scope and credit must appear in your written agreement. The credit reduces the contract price; it does not make the project free. Work may be scheduled after the month in which you sign.
