Siding Sales Representative Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our siding division. You will work with pre-qualified homeowners to provide siding solutions that enhance curb appeal and protect their homes. This commission-based position offers unlimited earning potential for the right candidate!

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-screened homeowners for in-home siding consultations
• Assess existing siding conditions and recommend appropriate solutions
• Present material options, colors, and design choices
• Provide accurate estimates and close sales
• Maintain relationships with customers throughout the installation process
• Stay knowledgeable about siding products, materials, and installation techniques

Candidate Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience (home improvement/construction preferred)
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of exterior home improvement products (preferred)
• Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Self-motivated with excellent time management

Compensation & Benefits

This job is fully commission based!

💰 Commission: 8%-10% sales commission with 5% up front and 5% upon completion of the project
