Decking Sales Representative Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our decking division. You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners to design and sell custom deck solutions. This is a commission-based opportunity for motivated sales professionals who want to earn a 6-figure income!

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with pre-screened, pre-qualified homeowners
• Present decking solutions and design options to customers
• Measure existing decks and outdoor spaces for accurate estimates
• Close sales and meet company sales objectives
• Maintain customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle
• Stay current on decking products, materials, and industry trends

Candidate Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven outside sales experience (home improvement preferred)
• Strong closing skills and goal-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Computer proficiency (email, CRM, Microsoft Office)

Compensation & Benefits

This job is fully commission based!

💰 Commission: 8%-10% sales commission with 5% up front and 5% upon completion of the project
